Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG)

The PSG supports businesses in their transformation journey. It covers sector-specific and broad-based solutions — including AI-Powered HRMS — helping SMEs adopt pre-qualified IT solutions at reduced cost.

The SFEC encourages employers to invest in enterprise transformation and workforce capabilities. Eligible employers receive a one-off S$10,000 credit — S$7,000 for enterprise transformation (PSG) and S$3,000 for workforce training.

Have contributed at least S$750 Skills Development Levy over the qualifying period
Have employed at least 3 Singapore Citizens or PRs every month over the same period
