About TSS

About the NCSS Transformation Sustainability Scheme

TSS provides funding to social service agencies for consultancy, digital projects, and organisational capability building — focusing on seven critical organisational health areas.

Up to $200,000 Funding

Receive up to $200,000 or 80% of total project costs (whichever is lower) over three years. Funding is split across consultancy, digital solutions, and pre-scoped solutions.

Replaces Tech-and-GO!

TSS is the latest scheme under the Community Capability Trust (CCT), integrating and expanding elements previously funded under the Tech-and-GO! programme.

For Social Service Agencies

Open to NCSS members and MSF-funded social service agencies. Agencies must have a valid Organisational Health Framework for Social Services (OHFSS) assessment.

Funding is guided by seven areas: Strategy & Leadership, Governance, People, Finances, Digitalisation, Communications & Partnerships, and User-Centric Services.

Who can apply for TSS?
TSS is open to NCSS members and MSF-funded social service agencies. Agencies must have a valid Organisational Health Framework for Social Services (OHFSS) assessment within one year to apply.
SSAs can receive up to $200,000 or 80% of total project costs (whichever is lower) over three years. Under Part C (pre-scoped solutions), funding is capped at $40,000 per solution and $150,000 in total, with up to 80% co-funding.

The Organisational Health Framework for Social Services (OHFSS) is a diagnostic tool that assesses your agency's organisational health across seven areas. A valid assessment (within one year) is mandatory for all TSS applications.
