What is the Digi-TAC Programme?
The Digitalisation of Trade Associations and Chambers (Digi-TAC) Programme, jointly spearheaded by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and SGTech, empowers TACs to embrace digital transformation at their core.
By digitalising HR operations, TACs can cut administrative overhead, reduce manual errors, and free up secretariat staff to focus on what matters most — serving members, driving industry initiatives, and strengthening the trade community.

Who Can Apply?
Your organisation qualifies for Digi-TAC if you meet the following criteria.
Registered Trade Association or Chamber of Commerce with the Registry of Societies or ACRA
Represents business interests of a trade or industry sector operating in or from Singapore
Has a Management Committee, Board, or Council overseeing activities
Operating full-time from Singapore in a commercial office with a local telephone number
At least 3 full-time salaried employees working in the TAC
At least 50 members with at least 75% being SMEs
Has not obtained other government funding for a similar project
Has not installed up-to-date solutions for the same capabilities within the past 3 years
