From Knowing Where to Look, to Simply Knowing – Introducing Knowledge Hub
In our previous post, we talked about the knowledge paradox, how organisations have plenty of information but struggle to turn it into answers when people need it. Scattered files, missing context, inconsistent responses, and institutional knowledge that walks out the door when employees leave.
Today, we’re introducing the solution we’ve been building: Knowledge Hub.
Knowledge Hub is a new persona of Justina, JustLogin’s AI assistant. It’s a secure, access-aware intelligence layer that transforms your organisation’s documents into a living, queryable knowledge system. Instead of searching through files and folders, your team can simply ask questions in natural language and get accurate, context-aware answers instantly.
How It Works
Getting started is simple. Three steps, and your documents become conversational knowledge.
1. Upload your documents. Policies, handbooks, SOPs, manuals; upload them into organised folders within JustLogin. Choose who gets access: all employees, specific groups, or restricted individuals.
2. AI indexing happens automatically. Knowledge Hub digests and contextually maps your documents. It doesn’t just store files; it understands them.
3. Chat with Justina. Employees launch Justina and ask questions in plain language. Answers are paraphrased to match the question, and every response cites its source document.
Not Search. Not Chat. Intelligence.
You might be thinking, we already have shared drives. Or an intranet. Or even a chatbot. Here’s what makes Knowledge Hub different.
Meaning Over Keywords
Knowledge Hub understands intent, not just words. Ask “Are my working hours flexible?” and you’ll get a clear, summarised answer, not a raw document dump. It paraphrases information to directly address your question.
Cross-Document Synthesis
This is the real differentiator. Knowledge Hub can pull information from multiple documents and synthesise it into one coherent answer.
Example: A retail employee asks, “Can I open the store alone if my colleague is late?” Knowledge Hub pulls from the SOP (two staff must enter together to disable the alarm) and the compliance playbook (supervisors must handle operational blockers) to answer: “No – wait for your colleague or notify your supervisor.” Two documents, one intelligent answer.
That’s not search. That’s intelligence.
Access-Protected
Every interaction respects user permissions. If an employee doesn’t have access to a file, they won’t receive answers derived from it. Critical for sensitive HR, legal, or financial documents.
Your Organisation’s Context
Responses are based on your own documents, not generic internet knowledge. The answers are specific to your policies, your processes, your operations.
Knowledge Leaders
Delegate ownership of knowledge domains to relevant team leads. Your HR manager owns HR knowledge. Your IT lead owns IT documentation. No need for full admin access. This keeps the system sustainable and always current.
Living Organisational Memory
Institutional knowledge is preserved in a queryable form that survives team changes and resignations. Even messy handover documents have become useful. The knowledge stays, even when people leave.
Where You Can Use It
Use Case | What You’d Upload |
Compliance & Governance | Policies, regulations, protocol manuals |
Training & Onboarding | Product guides, training decks, onboarding materials |
Operations | SOPs, retail playbooks, operational manuals |
Finance & Commercial | Contracts, vendor agreements, commercial documents |
Legal & Risk | NDAs, legal agreements, risk assessments |
Handover & Takeover | Transition notes, role documentation, brain dumps |
Be Among the First to Try It
Knowledge Hub is now in beta, and we’re looking for organisations ready to transform how they access workplace knowledge. Your company already has the knowledge. Let Knowledge Hub give you the answers.
