The JustLogin Journey: 25 Years of Innovation 

Humble Beginnings (1999-2000) 

In 1999, KC Kwa founded JustLogin with a vision to develop one of the world’s first HR Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies. Officially launched in 2000 with investment from OCBC and ST Engineering, JustLogin set out to revolutionize HR for businesses of all sizes. 

From Small Roots to Big Vision 

At the time, HR processes like payroll, leave tracking, and overtime calculations were complex and time-consuming, especially for SMEs. KC’s goal was simple: 

“Every company needs to run payroll, track leave, and calculate OT… but CPF calculations, leave balances, and OT pay aren’t simple.“ 

JustLogin was created to remove these complexities, providing businesses with an easy-to-use, cloud-based HR solution. Today, that vision continues to drive JustLogin as a leader in HR innovation.

Over the years, JustLogin has expanded its capabilities beyond basic HR capabilities. Today, we offer an all-in-one HR suite covering: 

• Payroll & Government Compliance – Across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Myanmar 

• Leave & Smart Attendance Management – Helping track employees clocking in & out of office and their overtime hours 

• Expense & Benefits Tracking – Allowing employees to fully utilise their available benefits boosting morale. In addition, we’ve added AI visualisation for receipt scanning automatically identifying relevant categories and currencies.  

• AI Recruitment, AI Appraisal, and AI Chatbot – Helping you identify the best candidates to join your organisation, keep your star employees, and simplify access to all HR data, information and analysis using simple prompts.
